GTD at FGT Rally XIV

I have a hard time buying something of this value without any idea of what it is like. The SVT products have always had a no drive aspect. I used to have a dealer that knew if I liked it I would buy it, it always worked, I have a few. I have had customers with other vehicles, Ford GT, Raptor R, but the GT500CFTP, and GT350R were buy and see after purchasing. The GTD is another hope it's good, because there is no predrive, sell me on it.

Any updates on this event? Times, dates itinerary. Sorry if this has been discussed already

No definitive word yet that the GTD is coming for sure.

As of this morning it sounds like it's coming but gimme until the end of the day.

Sorry fellas, long story short the car(s) that could have made it were rendered unavailable by circumstances out of our control. Womp womp. But I do have some exciting news on where you can come see GTD coming soon.

Is there anywhere to find what auto shows or other events where the GTD will be by date and location? I'm sure it probably doesn't exist, but would be cool to know that a car was going to be at a big auto show in CA so I could finally see it in person (missed car week this year and probably my best chance to see the car).

Does it come with it's own Ford Engineers? Looks like way more car than I could ever handle, but would be fun to be a passenger with a talented driver behind the wheel. See warp speed first hand! An extremely desirable 1.4 million dollar Ford, who would have thought that was possible even 5 years ago?

Multimatic team in tact.

This car is the Mark IV. This is a 2 million plus car. 500-700-800 HP tunes

2400lb of downforce. Capable of 3g force.

Think I got the MKII confused with the MkIV. Amazing piece of kit, can't imagine what a track day costs to run one of those. Well out of my budgetary range for sure. But, one can dream. How does it sound? Looks to be an aero monster as well.

Would love to see one of these in the flesh one day, but unless someone does a conversion and brings it to Car Week. Guess Lanzante will probably not be doing a street legal conversion any time soon on one of those, doubt you could find a road with enough room to even tickle it's capabilities anyway.

Multi matic is the present day Shelby of the 60’s. Doing wild things that some appreciate now but soo many will dream about having in the future.

it's quite a story, they just keep expanding. it's entirely owned by one person.

What Multimatic Means to the Automotive World

The parts supplier is behind some of the automotive industry's most exciting technologies and vehicles.

I rode in this car last Wednesday, pretty astounding, even at the lowest power setting (~500 HP). We also got to see it Friday with the front off.

Fun facts. This car is set up and ready to go. There are no extensive suspension mods (spring rates, bars, shocks etc), and even the aero is FIXED. The thoughts are this is a car that can be run with as little as 2 people (need a 2nd to al least vent the fueling process). Pretty much gas and GO
