What exactly is the purpose of a pre production? I’m surprised they even sell them but they do them on gt500’s. Guess it’s just an early thank you to some of the teams/staff/dealerships?
 
This white car, the lightning blue with black out hood that is in transit to Le Mans, and the black car that Mark Rushbrook had at the IMSA race last weekend are all company marketing vehicles. All base w/ performance pack cars.

I think to dbk's point, it's for marketing, not personally owned.

White is quite possibly the best "stock" color after seeing it up close in my opinion. If you add Carbon Series or the Black Out Pkg to it, my God it would be even more killer!
