Initial press stated 2500 GTDs would be built. Initial press stated 1000 new GTs would be built, and they ended up with 1350+. Draw your own conclusions, but don’t worry - 4000 05/06 GTs were built and they’re still super-desirable (besides being the best car ever!)
 
GT had a nice msrp 20 years ago. Wonder what that would be in 2024 $. Think they were around 150-170k.
 
Anybody in the area want to get together soon and go for a cruise or just grab lunch and look at the rides? not sure how many have been delivered in/around Houston
 
Would love to get together but I won't get mine until 2nd/3rd quarter of next year.

I’ve got mine so whenever we get a few more in the area, let’s try to plan something.. I’ve been looking around the Katy/Cypress tx area for good roads, big shocker, there isn’t. But a road trip would be fun.
 
I'm open for a cruise. GTD not delivered yet, but the 350R or Pantera can hang.

Hempstead through Brenham/Magnolia has nice, bendy roads. On occasion we get a car cruise out to Whitehall Icehouse for a burger, or Citizens Wife/Cafe in Hempstead also.

Finally got to see one in person in Houston this morning. It makes the wait for mine feel even longer. I just received my Vin so hopefully it shouldn't be that much longer
